That is the whole inventory. If you never sign in to the newsroom, the second row never applies to you, and the first only exists once you save your first story.
Your saved list is not an account
Saving a story writes its number into your own browser’s storage. It does not reach our server, it does not follow you to another device or another browser, and we cannot see it. Clearing your site data deletes it, and we have no copy to restore. You can empty it at any time from the saved page by unsaving each story.
No third parties at all
Everything a page needs comes from this site. The typefaces are served from our own server rather than from a font network, so reading the paper does not announce your IP address to anyone else. The illustrations are drawn here. Market data is fetched by our server, not by your browser, so opening a coin page does not put you in touch with a price provider either.
That is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly: there is no request to any other company on any page of this site.
What we do not do
No analytics or measurement product of any kind. No advertising network, no retargeting, no social embeds, no session recording, no fingerprinting. We do not build a profile of you and we have nothing to sell to anyone who would want one.
