Numeris Passes $100 Million Milestone as NRS Offering Price Reaches $0.003

Numeris has crossed the $100 million fundraising milestone in its NRS security token offering, with its dashboard displaying approximately $107.42 million toward a $250 million target.
The listed offering price now stands at $0.003 per token, compared with the initial private-sale price of $0.001. The fundraising milestone and progression in scheduled pricing bring fresh attention to the project’s plans for institutional digital-asset banking.
The platform aims to combine custody, payments, settlement, tokenization, compliance and trading through a single integration. Its approach addresses the operational complexity financial institutions face when introducing digital-asset services across multiple providers. Numeris also describes an embedded artificial-intelligence layer supporting compliance reviews, transaction routing, anomaly detection and portfolio analytics, linking its banking infrastructure plans with tools for managing everyday institutional workflows.
NRS is presented as a permissioned security token carrying a proportional claim on platform revenue. Its proposed structure includes quarterly stablecoin distributions, a segregated treasury reserve and automated buybacks. Numeris says reserve holdings would include short-duration U.S. Treasuries, tokenized money-market positions and regulated stablecoins. The model is designed to connect token holders’ economic interests with activity generated by the platform as its institutional network develops.
The company’s roadmap envisages expansion to more than 40 partner banks across four phases, alongside connections with custodians, exchanges and infrastructure providers. Its website lists compatibility references including KuCoin, Gate.io, 1inch, Cake Wallet, ELLIPAL and GetBlock. With reported fundraising above $100 million and the offering price advancing beyond its opening stage, attention now turns to bank onboarding, working integrations and the services Numeris brings into operation.
