Binance Margin will remove five USDC trading pairs on September 18 at 06:00 UTC, changing the available leveraged markets for several tokens. The cross-margin pairs are ENJ/USDC, GENIUS/USDC, CVX/USDC, GUN/USDC, and VANA/USDC. GENIUS/USDC will also be removed from isolated margin.
The process includes a suspension of isolated-margin borrowing for the affected isolated pair on September 16 at 06:00 UTC. At the September 18 deadline, Binance will close relevant positions, complete automatic settlement, and cancel outstanding orders before removing the specified pairs from its margin service.
The announcement concerns those trading pairs and account types. Binance said users can continue trading the assets through other available margin pairs. Removing a particular USDC market therefore does not, by itself, amount to a complete delisting of every affected token from the wider exchange.
The operational timing is the important detail for existing positions. Binance said users will not be able to update positions during the removal process, which may take around three hours. The staged schedule gives separate dates for borrowing restrictions and final settlement, making them distinct events for affected accounts.
