Ondo Finance has launched Ondo Intelligent Portfolios, a product that places an entire investment strategy inside one transferable token. The first three are Ondo High Income, Ondo Diversified Growth, and Ondo High Growth, each described as "Powered by BlackRock" and trading under the tickers BLKHIon, BLKDIGon, and BLKGRWon.

Each token represents a weighted basket of tokenized assets, which can include equities, fixed income, and bitcoin exchange-traded funds. Investors mint or redeem one token instead of buying and rebalancing the positions themselves. Holdings, weights, and rebalances are visible onchain, and rebalancing can be carried out automatically at the smart-contract level.

BlackRock's role is narrower than the branding may suggest. It supplies nondiscretionary model portfolios built to Ondo's specifications, and does not manage, tokenize, issue, distribute, or hold the products. The tokens are issued by Ondo Global Markets and are available only to eligible investors outside the United States.

Most tokenization so far has focused on single instruments, such as Treasury funds or individual stocks. Ondo is testing whether a complete model portfolio can travel as one asset. Adoption will depend on non-US distribution and on whether automated onchain rebalancing proves reliable in practice.
